My Personal Promise to You
Choosing the right Home Inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until you actually hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, different experience, come from different backgrounds, are members of different professional organizations, use different equipment and reporting methods and, yes, have different pricing. You are entrusting someone you don’t know with what is, in most cases, the most expensive possession you will ever have.
My name is on my company. It is also my Father’s name, William J. Decker Sr. He gave me my love for building and home repair when he and I, along with two of his friends (a master electrician and a master carpenter) rehabbed our new house. My family is very important to me. I would never shame them by giving anything with less than my best effort. That is why the third important word in my company name is Service. I will do everything that I can, use all my skills, training and experience to ensure that your new home is safe and will maintain its value for many, many years to come.
If, at the end of the inspection, you are not totally satisfied, there will be no charge. Your satisfaction is our greatest goal.
One thing for sure is that a Home Inspection requires work, a lot of work. In the final analysis, a thorough inspection depends on the individual inspector’s own diligence, effort and character. If you hire me to inspect your home, I will give you my very best. I will inspect your home with the same degree of expertise, hard work and care that I would provide to a member of my own family.
This I promise you.
